MiraWold is an addicting fantasy rpg. We have many cool features to get our members to have fun. We hope you'll join and have fun, adding to our list of 18 members.
Health Points-
Health points is known as HP, and these are what allow your character to live. If you are in a higher rank, you have a higher amount of HP. This will make your character stronger.
Mastery Points-
Mastery Points are known as MP over at MiraWold, with these it makes your character stronger, the only way to gain them is to rise in rank (will be explained later). These always can drop down to zero, but after a battle, they come back up again.
Ranks-
a. Ranks, are referring to guilds. If you decide not to join a guild, you'll have 0/0 Max MP and 20/20 Max HP. If you decide to join a guild, you'll start as an apprentice. This will give you 10/10 Max MP, and 20/20 Max HP. With every rank after that, you will have a steady incline, of 20 Max MP, and 10 Max HP. Every time you gain a rank, you'll gain MP and HP. So if you gain a max of 20, you'll gain 20 total.
b. To join a guild, you'll have to make a character of that class(will be explained later). i.e. If you make a warrior, and decide to join the guild, you'll start out as an apprentice. To gain ranks, you'll have to ask the guild master, they'll explain how they gain ranks. Some have it off trust, once you trust you gain, some off guild quest, and some off time in the guild. Anyway it goes, you'll rise in rank somehow. Some praise a special rank and above.
c. So, know you want to know the possible ranks? Well, there are 5 possible ranks in the guild, but only 4 accessible to most, and I'll list all the possible ranks, even the guildless. Along with them, I'll list how much MP and HP you can have max.
- Guildless (0/0 MP 20/20 HP)
- Apprentice (10/10 MP 20/20 HP)
- Orderly (30/30 MP 30/30 HP)
- Guildsman (50/50 MP 40/40 HP)
- Elder (70/70 MP 50/50 HP)
- Guildmaster (100/100 MP 60/60 HP)*still available for sorcerer*
Classes-
We have 8 possible classes for your character. Classes are basically guilds, with each class you have a basic skills, and guild powers. Guild power are gained at orderly, guildsman, and elder. Each class has different reasons it's made. i.e. Warrior guild- battle Bard guild- dancing and musical Sorcerer guild- magic battle. Here are the classes:
- Warrior
- Bard
- Thief
- Assassin
- Mage
- Priest
- Sorcerer
- Ranger
Dual Classes-
Yes, we have dual classes. Once you reach the guildsman in your characters first class, you are permitted to try out at a different class. Once you make it, and decide to change your ways, there is no way of turning back. If you decide to go and become a Dark Padalin, and you started as a Sorcerer. You'll have to remove yourself from the Sorcerer guild, and request permission into the warrior guild, once you have permission. You must work up to a guildsman in that guild before naming yourself of the Dual Class. Guild Masters may not be a dual class. Each dual class comes with a special power.
Races-
Each race has an inheritent skill. These skills often help them in battle. Some of our races are magic and some aren't. Here are our 5 races:
- Elf
- Human
- Dwarf
- Drow Elf (dark elf)
- Demon (at admins direction)
Stats-
a. When you create a character you have 5 stats, and 15 points to distibute to them. One of witch being wealth. The other four come in handy in battle- or other areas.
b. Attack. When attacking, you can use this stat to add a certain amount of *bonus*, the higher this stat, the more likely you'll be able to do damage to your eniemy. If your characters class is made for battle, make this number high. 6 highest
c. Defense. When attacked, you'll need to defend, this stat adds a certain amount of *bonus*, the higher this stat, the more likely to not have damage done to yourself. If your characters class isn't/is made for battle, make this number high. 6 highest.
d. Agility. Agility comes in handy, but only at certain times. If you get a quest, you might need to use agility to get passed something. Thieves need a high number here if they want to pick-pocket. 6 highest.
e. Burst. Burst comes in handy when you make damage. If the difference of your attack and their defense is positive (1+), you'll add burst to come up with a total damage. 6 highest.
Battle-
Your stats help you in battle. Battle comes in 4 phases
- Primary Attack Phase
- Primary Resolution Phase
- Secondary Attack Phase
- Secondary Resolution
